Accessory warranty:

The warranty may only be invoked for defects if the product has been properly used. It does not cover accidental damage, poor maintenance or damage caused by a third party.

The invoice shall constitute the warranty certificate which will be 12 months (note: in accordance with the law).

Product returns:

If you are not satisfied with the product and wish to exchange it for another available product, you have 7 days from the invoice date to inform Bruno Delgrange, by contacting customer services; a copy of the invoice shall be attached to the parcel.

The product must be returned as new (not oiled, soaped or used), in its original packaging. If these conditions are not met or after this period, you will no longer have the right to make a claim. In case of an exchange for a different size, color or model due to customer error, shipping costs will be invoiced at €10 for France and €20 for Europe.
